Dragons at Crumbling Castle and Other Tales by Terry Pratchett read by Julian Rhind-Tutt
Dragons have invaded Crumbling Castle, and all of King Arthur’s knights are either on holiday or visiting their grannies. It’s a disaster!
Luckily, there’s a spare suit of armour and a very small boy called Ralph who’s willing to fill it. Together with Fortnight the Friday knight and Fossfiddle the wizard, Ralph sets out to defeat the fearsome fire-breathers.
But there’s a teeny weeny surprise in store . . .
This never-before-published collection of fourteen funny and inventive tales by acclaimed author Sir Terry Pratchett features a memorable cast of inept wizards, sensible heroes, and unusually adventuresome tortoises.
Including more than one hundred black-and-white illustrations, the appealingly designed book celebrates Pratchett’s inimitable wordplay and irreverent approach to the conventions of storytelling.
These accessible and mischievous tales are an ideal introduction for young readers to this beloved author. Established fans of Pratchett’s work will savor the playful presentation of the themes and ideas that inform his best-selling novels.

I’d guess, although I might easily be far, far away from the truth, and it’s actually quite of a stretch… That there are two possible problems, you say that you’ve changed your laptop settings, but not which, so you can’t download “books”. But the thing is that you do not download books but .torrent files, or, eventually /if direct dl/ - just normal mp3 files. If the download itself is the problem, of the torrents, and it’s because of your settings, my first guess would be that there’s something not right with your ports. The thing is that the torrent clients use ports which are chosen randomly, and there are actually lots of them, but all they are in a certain range, so they might be closed.. OR, in case you hadn’t touched your client - the port it’s been using might be blocked now. The solutions are a few. I’d start with checking if my clients is active 1st. Maybe a reinstall will fix it /should work/, and just a reminder - you’d better make a backup first, in case you have a list like mine, w. a list 450-500 torrents in it, so you’ll be able to dfind the downloaded files easier, if they’re all over your HD, to continue DLing the ones which aren’t fully DLed, etc. Also, it could be a browser problem /OH DAMN! WHY DO I EVEN BOTHER ANSWERING YOU… IT COULD BE ANYTHING!! W. THE LIMITED INFO YOU GIVE, I CAN JUST GUESS! But still../, try to save the .torrent file on your HD, never mind where, maybe on your Desktop, and THEN open it by clicking on it /or right-click->open with… ALTHOUGH I DO NOT KNOW EVEN WHAT OS you’re using… So, in case you have Fedora/ Ubuntu/MacOS, etc. - THIS I NOT HOW YOU DO IT.. I presume you use Windows though… And REALLY?! Is that the way you should ask questions?!../, and then chose your fav. .torrent files CLIENT. Maybe Utorrent, Bitcomet, etc., etc., just download some, that you see has lot’s of downloads, and lot’s of people saying good thing about it, like how great it is, etc… Then choose it /in cas it’s not in the list w. the programs, navigate to your “Pragram Files” folder in “C://…”, find it, find the .exe, and start it from there… I CAN’T BELIEVE I’M EXPLAINING… THIS! kek/. So.. I’m done! I hope THAT HELPS!:) I told you could be a few things, but I’m sorry - I’m DONE, maybe if you can be a bit, just a bit more specific, you’ll get the answer to your problem! Live longg and be happy!:D

Or, MAYBE… System Restore To A Previous Point, in case you make backups, you know… BUT WHY DO I EVEN CONTINUE?!… SRY, it’s not you, just my nerves…

Hello Brd,
Thank you for your long reply to my question, which was not indeed written very well. You are right that I’m downloading MP3 files.
The trouble I’m having is that when I click on the download link, instead of it going into the software to download it onto my lappy - I’m using Windows 7 by the way, I just get a useless file that contains nothing. I can’t attach a picture here to show you what I mean… :(
I tried installing the software again, and doing a system restore. Neither have worked :( I’ve just tried opening a new account under a different name, that hasn’t worked either. :(

That useless file, is a torrent file. Double click it to start the torrent app or select the app from the list. Then that will actually start to download the book, movie, whatever. :)
You may have switched browsers or changed a setting like “automatically start torrent” (or something that sounds like that) in your torrent app.
If none of that works…you can check windows “file associations”. Just google how to do that, for windows 7.
