Paul Auster was a crack marksman as a kid, and like most American boys of his generation he grew up playing with toy six-shooters and mimicking the gun-slinging cowboys in B-Westerns. Why don’t we blame cars for drunk driving deaths?
As far as I know none of these firearms leaped out of the closet by itself and killed someone. I don’t own a firearm but I do like the option of getting one in case my town begins to look like Chicago or some other blue city.

Funny thing, but only a couple of the races in America do most of the homicides in this country, and they are not white. Also I see no mention of gangs, which are rampant in all cities and produce most of the murders. And only a small percentage of the gangs are white.
Most white Americans are very responsible with their guns, you will never get them to disarm, because they know a tyrannical govt when they see one.
We all know (at least people with intelligence and awareness) where the huge surge in murders and killing in this country come from. And its not from white people.

I think we know which group is responsible for nearly all the gun violence in American history. Without gun violence, the USA wouldn’t exist.
