I had access to the original CDs, so I figured I would upload.
Note: I left the tracks as ripped, so several chapters are split at disc breaks.
This way, though, one could rebuild the actual CDs if desired.
Loaded up at once it still makes for a seamless listen.
It might be a bit overkill, but I figured why not get this out there in decent quality.
