I wouldn’t really call it progression either. All those terms are more game-oriented than say coming-of-age. This is no more progression that any other academy book. Is, ‘Harry Potter,’ progression genre? However, ‘Mother of Learning,’ sure is progression, but not LitRPG.

I do enjoy the book but in book 1+2 they randomly say behind their mask. Which is confusing, it only has one event which uses masks.
I haven’t read anything about a plague or putting put false faces(masks).

MC has no combat ability, but the experience of the book is completely different from “The Rising of the Shield Hero”.
There are no rescued slave girls, embarrassing situations, experience points and user interface with a list of skills.
There is more about life in the magical world/university and less about battles with monsters.
MC takes care of himself and his friends, and maybe then he thinks about other people.
Not bad. Looking forward to the next books.

Audio quality is very good.
This is a new series for me, so looking forward to something different.
I really enjoy the regular comedic elements in “Dungeon Crawler Carl”, or “Mayor Of Noob Town”, so I’m looking forward to another series that isn’t afraid to not take itself too seriously.
