I’m just finishing “Everything Donald Trump touches dies,” read “Fire and Fury,” along with “Red Notice” and Masha Gessen’s “Man without a face,” also Matt Taibbi’s “Insane Clown President.” What becomes clear is the incredibly low quality of Trump’s “Best People.” Like Putin, Trump surrounds himself with two types of people: mediocrities so inept they would NEVER be hired by any other administration, and mediocrities so amoral, they inevitably get caught (Scott Pruitt immediately comes to mind, but include everyone else in the cabinet.) Neither authoritarian can tolerate people of talent, dedication to high ideals or real knowledge. Omarosa is like everyone else in Trump’s orbit- an opportunist, jilted when she was no longer useful. That does NOT, however, mean she isn’t telling the truth now, even if her reasons are venal.

THANK YOU!! Though I’m not American, I’ve read “Fire and Fury” and so far have read (listened to) a couple of chapters of this one, “Unhinged”. The choice of opening music had me breaking out in laughter. It’s the kind of music you’d hear just before someone gets murdered. A foreshadowing of how she’s about to slay her former “friend”??? Ha! If anything, this book will be entertaining. So thank you to the uploader.
