Unabridged
A combo of cross-platform compatible eBook (.epub) and AudioBook (.m4b) formats included. These aren’t “flat/stripped” files either, both versions have the relevant table of contents contained within them, so if you use the right sort of eBook reader or audio player that can display them you should be able to view the corresponding chapter headings, hop around and navigate the book sections associated with those hyperlinks, etc.
Aside from those 2 core files, there were also a few other “helpful” but non-essential files included in the folder like a metadata.json text file, and a cover-art image, a folder icon, and a .cue file… but I’m not sure if anyone else would consider those “useful” though or if they just look like unnecessary clutter. Idk, this is my first ever torrent, so excuse me for the messy room (feel free to uncheck those when you start the torrent so that it only downloads the 2 “actual book” files if you’d rather not sift through the rest) cuz I’m gonna read/listen to this book now and try to get some of that stuff better organized. Hopefully you’ll find some insightful advice in this content as well :)
Anywhoozles, enough of this unprofessional sounding nonsense, here’s the book description ripped straight from Amazon/Audible:
INFO
This accessible guide expands upon the “well-written, cogent, and useful” (David Allen, author of Getting Things Done ) bestselling Building a Second Brain with actionable advice on how to improve your digital life in just a few minutes.
Living a modern life requires juggling a ton of information. But we were never taught how to manage this information effectively so that we can find what we need when we need it. In The PARA Method , Tiago Forte outlines a simple and intuitive four-step system that will help us sort all the information flooding our brains into four major categories—Projects, Areas, Resources, and Archives—allowing us to manage our commitments while achieving our goals and dreams.
P rojects are specific, short-term efforts that you are actively working on with a certain goal in mind, such as completing a website or renovating your bathroom.
A reas are the larger, ongoing areas of responsibility (health, finances, etc.) that encompass those specific projects.
R esources include content on a range of topics you’re interested in or that could be useful for your projects and areas.
A rchives include anything from the previous three categories that is now inactive, but you want to save for future reference.
With his easy-to-understand and engaging voice, Forte outlines his best practices and tips on how to successfully implement PARA, along with deep dives on everything from how to adopt habits to stay organized to how to use this system to enhance your focus. The PARA Method can be implemented in just seconds but has the power to transform the trajectory of your work and life using the power of digital organization.

@pwildnauer you’re welcome :)
Also just a friendly FYI (to you and everyone else who’s interested in more of this sort of content) the author has been uploading PARA related YouTube videos over the course of the past month (probably in anticipation of today’s book release) to this playlist → Organize Your Digital Life With The PARA Method - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVNXAaej57W6qCYoMb_hbzDhX9et_GVlj)
There are also some older videos on his channel that cover the PARA method, but they’re often not the sole focus but rather within the scope of the overarching BASB system that PARA fits into → https://www.youtube.com/@TiagoForte/search?query=para
Speaking of BASB, @Sknmedfasdf uploaded an mp3+pdf combo of that earlier book that came out a year ago. Feel free to grab that one too for additional info and context, here → https://audiobookbay.lu/abss/audibook-forte-tiago-building-a-second-brain-a-proveno-method-64kbps-mp3pdf2022-forte-tiago/
