Okay, 1st book in this series (I do have book 2 to upload later today/tonight).
Not ultra heavy on the LitRPG (just enough to move the story and plot along).
Narration is great and, I do like how the two actors merge together to make a great listening experience.
The story is well written and, characters are nicely flushed out. Great detail is given to describing the realm and, areas within. Hope people enjoy it.

No harem but is there any romance? Or is the protag a monk that has rejected mortal desires?

Why would you need to be a monk to not stop during a life or death struggle to try to pick up girls.i have never heard of a soldier stopping during a push through enemy territory surrounded by enemy combatants to find a girl and take them with them into danger. They usually wait to do that during peace times……this would suggest that you want a romance or erotic novel.

Happens more than you’d think, but it’s a lot more slavery, rapey, or “sex for a ticket out of here” than romance.
Considering a bunch of these books say things like “no sex” then every chapter has sexual jokes and implied sex, I can see why people ask.

Tried to check it out. Unfortunately this specific narrator is like listening to somebody scratch their nails on a chalk board. Oof.

I hope it doesn’t have a harem element, those books are so annoying/tedious
