Funny how someone considered this work to be six books when it’s a trilogy… Well four books if you consider the Hobbit as the prequil. But thanks anyway.

Most people dont know that if you actually read the books, each of the 3 books is divided into 2 books each. I would guess that most people know this b7y the movies, which is a shadow of the book. Cant count the number of times Ive read this since the early 1980’s.

Funny how lakealex07 says it is 3 books, when anyone who knows Tolkien, at all, knows this is 6 internal books in 3 volumes (2 books per Volume). Frickin’ weirdo.
