Just to clarify, this is the BBC radio adaptation, performed by a full cast including David Warner (who is incredible as Hugo Rune), Rupert Degas, and cameos by Robert Ranking himself. As far as I know, it’s the only audio version of this novel, i.e. there is no ’straight reading’ version to be found.
