This guy is crazy. Look at this exerpt. “When I was growing up, and playing outside in the sun, I got sunburned a lot. I was a fair-skinned Irish boy, after all. These days, even if I get an adequate amount of sun, I won’t get a sunburn, which I credit to the amount of water I drink.”
He thinks drinking water stops sunburn. That’s insane.

Ha. You don’t even have to drink water. Being close to water is enough. That is why no one gets sunburn at the beach. The only reason Irish people get sunburn hear is that Ireland is surrounded by water. Therefore, they never had to evolve resistance against the sun, when on the Irish Isles. Having many concussions and then writing a book. May not be the right order to do things.
