A new phase begins.
Trench warfare has come to the ancient world, and the results are brutal and deadly. As men are thrown into the meat grinder of the trenches and the war expands to Greece, Ky and Lucilla work to find new ways to regain the upper hand against the invaders. Thanks for the upload. Great book as always but I hate how they mostly sidelined Ky in this one

This series is a wonderful isekai, something rare. I have literally just completed my 4th time listening to this series and the writing and audio quality are top tier. After reading the first three books twice I was a fan, after listening to all of them I wanted to give the author a roman salute for his ability to be authentic while seeing the causality of “the First failed flight test”
I hope Ky lives long enough to stand in the throne room of whatever A.I. has taken the corpse of ky’s friend that “died” in the testflight before him, and finally confront whatever “Sophus” would have become without being nurtured by someone like Lucilla. That is, assuming the “bridge” didn’t send Sara or some other person of Ky’s batch back in time to create this alternate-chinese menace.
Anyways, I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of this series, but I would be more than happy to wait a few years as this author releases other works. The writing style and character development is top-notch.
