I don’t know about “plan of globalists …”. But out-breeding (in the sense of having more children rather than breeding outside the clan) can also be applied to other faiths than just Islam.
“be fruitful AND MULTIPLY”…
Even where families are ‘planned’ a couple having two offspring ups the population while parents and grandparents are still around (and I’m 67).

Actually the book is talking about something different but your hate-mongering has to shine through since you don’t have anything else to do with your pitiful existence.
Take Europe as an example, Migrants – who represent 8.7 per cent of Europe’s population – actually make an important contribution to society in terms of the economy, demography, culture and politics, according to a UN report.
In some countries, whole sectors of the economy – such as construction, seasonal agriculture, tourism, health services and household services – would be paralyzed without migrants. Their contribution as entrepreneurs is also substantial as they employ 2.4 per cent of the working population in the OECD countries, not to mention the contribution made to the economy by foreign students.
So maybe your globalist friends are not doing a good job after all.
