This is establishment programming and propaganda. As they reduce populations using every dastardly means possible including genetic injections and chemtrails, they are also still pretending that resources are running out so that they can close down the outside world and keep us locked up in our bubbles unable to oppose them, something else the Cvid scam was training us for. Anthropogenic climate change is 100% a hoodwink to justify population reductions, remove freedoms and allow the elites full spectrum dominance over the lives of the survivors.
