There is nothing democratic about what the left means by ‘democracy’
Luckily, more and more Americans are realizing this. Just look at the polling.
After all this time of thinking you knew what was true and what were conspiracies, you’re the one who cannot see the truth. I don’t believe you are actually part of the establishment or a neo-marxist yourself, I think you really believe what they have been telling you.
I think you have allowed so much of your identity to become completely subsumed by politics and political narratives that now, realizing that what you were told was wrong, is existential to your very being (or feels that way)
Now, For you to realize or acknowledge that you were wrong, that you were the one who was parroting conspiracies, for you to now have to do that, means the destruction of you as a person.
The good news is that’s not true. What makes healthy people is the ability to admit when they are wrong. Maybe you shouldn’t treated others so badly or looked at them the way you did, but next time you’ll be better. We all get in wrong sometimes and you got to be careful of what you identify with and how severely, but you still exist beyond those paradigms.
