Five years ago Corin Cadence’s brother entered the Serpent Spire - a colossal tower with ever-shifting rooms, traps, and monsters. Those who survive the spire’s trials return home with an attunement: a mark granting the bearer magical powers. According to legend, those few who reach the top of the tower will be granted a boon by the spire’s goddess.
He never returned.
Now it’s Corin’s turn. He’s headed to the top floor, on a mission to meet the goddess.

Can someone please tell me how advanced is magic in this book?

on demand portable magic circles, some kind of mana generator, single word activated spells and chantless spells probably. None of those are considered part of old school fantasty or are only part of a highly skilled mage/witch/sage etc. I haven’t read this, so I can’t really tell you what “advanced” means here.
Since it has LitRPG as a cat, It probably just means a maxed out char of some kind.

I have read majority of this book on kindle it’s so so Fantasy with non physical LGBT but not LITRPG I wont be reading books 2 and 2.

If I had to guess the name is based off of the the third of Arthur C Clark’s “Three Laws” which is: “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic”. So this suggests the inverse, that any sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from science.

As to the question of magic I would say it has a well developed system covering most aspects of magic short of necromancy. The narrator is great and even though this is more fantasy rather than litrpg I can see how it fits in the genre. As to being lgbt it’s true but it was done tastefully and by the time the issue is brought up it did not detract from being a well told story with sufficient magic, action and just all around good fun hope you enjoy it.

i Think the uploader selected LITRPG by mistake instead of LGBT. This story has no elements of RPG but only of a Fantasy Novel, as well as LGBT.

First I like the magic system, and it could have been more focused on the getting money / crafting
the story is not bad, but the tower are not that great
non physical LGBT part was a deal breaker for me… course it makes no sense in this book.
Family is the most important thing in this book yet being non physical LGBT is okay(when being the last male heir)? wtf

1: main character has no actual experience with either sex, and has been isolated most of his life. He has no idea if he actually likes boys or if this is just the 1st person who has shown an interest in him and he doesnt know how to respond.
2: power obviously trumps maleness. His dad trades him in for a questionably legitimate half sister in 1st part of book b/c his son comes back with what he sees as a “weak non combat power”. he was basically disowned. Daddy doesnt care who he sees or socializes with anymore, female or male.
3: did u not notice the author leaving a rather blatant other possible love interest? a female one. which i think is part of the authors point that this kid has led a pretty sheltered life and is going through puberty. he doesnt really know what he wants. luckily he is at college, where experimentation is what its all about. im gonna hold my assumptions on this kid till he has had some actual real life social experiences with other people. “i find myself smiling often when around him” is not conclusive evidence. its him saying “i dont actually know what i want or like cuz ive never tried socializing with anyone, ever, and no one ever told me the basics about sexual attraction and friendly interest”.
4: definitely not a litrpg. Why isnt crystal sphere in this category. it actually is a litrpg. But unless the guy who tagged this knows something from the author we dont… yeah, not a litrpg.

agreed writerthnts I would love to go into this but I HATE spoiler and I don’t want to ruin it for others. you make valid point so people, open your mind enjoy the book if you are not inclined to be homosexual this book will not affect that at all. i cringe sometimes at gay scenes but this was harmless it was just out of nowhere and hell for a minute i even thought it was goin to become isestuous story. hope you fantasy readers aren’t put off is all im saying.

wow I forgot Marxes yes you can i use Utorrent its very light app and smart audiobookplayer the only thing is be careful with the data charges set the torrent app to download on wifi only and you’ll be fine. Ohh yeah while there at the setting up the share ratio to at least 2 to keep the torrent alive.

WARNING! Author is possibly either a Homo degenerate or SJW. About half way through, the main character, who is male and is treated as straight for most of the boik, is invited on a date by a male character and without really being shocked or finding it abnormal, which it is, simply agrees to going on a date with another male. Normal straight men would not find this degeneracy normal and simply accept. A straight person whould not simply accept a date with a Homo as if it’s normal to suddenly be gay; it isn’t.
The story could have done well without this cancerous agenda to inject LGBT degeneracy, and had been doing well up to this point. After this happened I cannot in good conscience give it a good scrore or recommend it.
