please help
i added .mp3 to the file name
went to properties…shows 32 hours length @22kbps
in vlc player, length is 91 hours
in mp3val (file repair tool), it tells me no VBR header was found. I tried to repair, no change.
what do I do now ? bye

I had no issue with just adding the tag at the end other than a warning but it did not affect playback. There’s been several occasions I’ve seen comment about playback issues and I think you should try smart audiobook player I started with the free and it worked great so I purchased the upgrade that in reality only added some nifty features I wasn’t using at the time. I’ve never had an issue with it other than having to place loose files into individual folders since since it won’t accept a single mp3 or what ever format in the folder it reads from. Hope this help.

wesleyjaccinor - add the .mp3 to the file AFTER it finishes downloading. If you add it in your torrent program, it messes up because it can’t find the file to D/L.

Had a brief wtf when checking the download.
Works gr8 after adding correct suffix.

even after adding the mp3 to the file not all audio players would play it. Running Windows 10 vlc worked and foobar2000 would not. Whatever encoder was used is weird. My playtime keeps changing as I play the file in vlc. The file is encoded in vbr and the runtime appears to change with the bit rate. I’ve never seen that with any other vbr file I’ve played.

The world was very confusing. Money and power was called lucrim. Its power level, power generation, amount of money and amount of money generation….
Complains about money and working for personal growth plus being born with power. It has things to complain about but don’t combine it all into one word lucrim while also making one dimensional characters.

if anyone in their right mind still wants to use this, label it as .mp3 and do a conversion with 818:55:00 as the final section on a custom cue file, worked fine for me on foobar, I preffer to just cut mine into 30m sections last one being 38m55s and it works fine
