Unabridged? YES! Human reader?

Nope. Why? Because it doesn’t exist. While I personally would prefer to just read the book than put up with the computer voice, a lot of effort and heart was put into the creation of this file, and a lot of Salvatore fans out there aren’t whiney little babies like me when it comes to coputer voices trying to read a book. So for them, I thank the people who made the files, and the people who uploaded it.
