This is the absolute BEST program for somebody who is BRAND NEW to the gym. I have personally used this program to go from the bar and 25’s all the way to a 280 lb squat. If you have wanted to start working out but didn’t know how to begin, USE THIS GUIDE. OP has done you all a MASSIVE solid!
