Seize this moment to advance racial justice at your organization.
In the wake of widespread anti-racism demonstrations across the world,
many companies have spoken out forcefully. They’ve made unprecedented
commitments to equity and launched ad campaigns and task forces to
counter racism, especially anti-Black racism. But now comes the real
test-harnessing the energy of this moment to further and sustain
change for the better.
Racial Justice: The Insights You Need from Harvard Business Review
will help you combat racism and bias throughout your company,
revitalize your diversity and inclusion efforts, and lead the
conversations necessary to bring your organization a step closer to
racial equity.

Putting the qualifier “racial” before “justice” unquote only diminishes justice. Real justice is blind to race, including any “history of oppression” (or just plain “history” since Marxists always interpret all history as oppression no matter what) they may have.

This is all that occupies so-called “Harvard” and “Harvard Business Review”’s birdbrains nowadays! Not even the one star.

insights is always an intriguing title, especially for an important subject in a pragmatic framework like business. ironic that racially based oppression has helped business for centuries.

Why does this same book keep getting reposted over and over?
Adding any qualifier such as “racial” to justice only diminishes justice.
All this focus on race is just trying to get people to kill each other and burn stuff down. It isn’t constructive or helpful to anyone but political activists who are a leech on humanity.

Wasn’t it Harvard that decide they were accepting too many Asians?

“many companies have spoken out forcefully” LOL
This did not age well. Yes there were a couple of years for virtue signaling but now they all close their DEIs as the DEIs are the most hateful, divisive and racist stupid woke inventions I have ever seen.
