Watching Saving Private Ryan for the 9000th time… and just noticed Hanks mentions getting pasted by “the Von Luck Kampfgruppe” on D Day+3. Neat historical detail added to the film.

An absurd reading by Balki Bartokamus of all people in a fake German accent - unlistenable. Particularly given this traitors apologism.
And Saving Ryan’s Privates was a very stupid comedy.
