Thank you for uploading this book. I have however run into a problem: once I have downloaded the files I would like to combine them all into one file. How do I do that while still keeping the chapter marks?

You could combine them with VLC, but you would loose the chapter marks. Most audiobook players (I use Smart AudioBook Player) allow you to load an entire folder instead of just a single MP3 file. This preserves your chapter marks without having to combine files.
