Okay, don’t know the author or the voice artist at atll. Some people say it’s a pretty good book but, dark and twisted with a ton of violence.

Not really worth it, the author wrote the first version of this a few years ago then got herself into a bit of a corner with that story and abbandoned it.
She came back last year with a full rewrite with the intention to rapidly publish to Kindle/Audible from RoyalRoad, and hasn’t listened to the feedback from readers at all.
Which sadly means that the result is … obviously lacking.

It’s not really your business to tell others if a book is worth it or not. An author’s job also isn’t to listen to the readers, you either like it or not, but it’s none of the readers business telling authors what a character should be like or how a story or characters should progress.
