Not my taste. Writer talks too much about his heartbreak. I don’t want to be a bad guy here but guy seems beta

While I agree with jcvaudiobook, different strokes for different folks.
The book sounded like patching holes rather than figuring out who’s/what’s punching them in. And in the long run, I doubt that this approach will work without a huge amount of delusion.
So if it works for you today, great. Just don’t count on it for the rest of your life.
