It might be, but I don’t want to research too much because I don’t want to run into spoilers. I’ll update it to include LitRPG and if it’s not, I doubt it’ll be much of a problem. ;))

Ummm, I did. “Harem” is among the keywords, along with Polyamorous and Erotica. If you are referring to the two category tags, Harem is not an option there. Plus you can read the Warning in the description. Most of the time I don’t listen to an audiobook before uploading it so all the tags and description are copied from Goodreads. They should be pretty accurate.
