When the file is downloaded, it ends at approximately 38:00 and, even though it continues to play, you can’t scroll pass 38 mins. Anyone else having this issue?

I think this version is OK. There was a previous version that wouldn’t allow you to seek past 38:11 but has since been taken down.
This version played fine for me and I was able to scroll through the entire file with no problems.
