Erm anyone care to enlighten a body as to what this series is about? The excerpt seems abit truncated..

@Monty- Essentially, this is a book that presents a dystopian view of government. It paints the government as a fascist regime that squelches dissent, harshly and summarily. The protagonist is just your ‘average Joe’ who is being targeted for speaking out against the abuses of those in power.
