Nature only cares about you until you done having babies. Your immune system adjust accordingly.
Vaccines are great in context but terrible when mandated for all. They are not a panacea (will vaccines end the pandemic?) - our immune system is too complex for that. Effects will be gauged 10 years+ from now.
Good metabolic health is critical.

This vaccine is a great disappointment.
I believed they rushed to create something they thought they understood.
There are 2 things that are least understood by science and they are the neurochemistry of the brain and the immune system.
The arrogance that is displayed even now when the vaccine not only failed horribly but caused irreparable harm to far more than should be acceptable risk.
What concerns me is the arrogance and inability to admit the egregious errors. Instead they push on locked in the very myopic course..
It’s the antithesis of science .
Science has been turned upside down and those who are put forth as the experts state that asymptomatic persons spread virus, only pre-symptomatic do. Natural immunity is completely dismissed and the insistence that masks actually protect anyone from airborne viral spread is completely laughable .
Yet the current exalted experts paraded every day on MSM insist the above fallacies are factual truth.
It’s madness.
