Microdosing mushrooms is what I use. Nothing else works. When it gets bad enough you’ll try anything.
I’m one of the 30% of people who are resistant to every conventional treatment. If I ever get the chance to try it, or get good enough as a chemist to make it, I’ll give Ketamine a whirl too, I can’t be on mushrooms all the time due to their rapid tolerance, but man, night and day in terms of wanting to die, wish antidepressants worked as well, or at all after ~2 months.
