Guys it’s not the file. Get an older version of uTorrent.

I got invalid path also, and yes it is true that older version of uTorrent does work, but that’s lame. Why can’t i open it in newer version?

I used to get that all the time. I now use Deluge and have never had it. I think it has to do with the clients ability to deal with the numbers of characters in the name or in the pathway or both. Deluge is just like utorrent without the errors.
