Denying our OMNIVOROUS nature is dangerous and outright foolish… the Shakers denied sex and family onlky to disappear from the planet… there isn’t enough land to have a VEGAN WORLD… lest you implement ECOFASCISM

A vegan world….nope. I ahve no issues with fols going on a vegan diet but, not for everyone nor would I force it on people like many try to do.
Just remember they did find the word vegan from an ancient text….know what it meant when they could read it? Vegan = bad hunter. lol

Figure out why about 80% of the population feels terrible on a vegan diet. Then fix whatever causes that, rather than claiming we’re all lying. Seriously. I tried it and I know several people who have, no matter what vegan foods we ate, and what balance of macros, I felt like garbage, no energy, no strength, after about a week. BBC ran a story about the problem. Instead of claiming we’re all lying nasty meat eaters do the science and figure out what’s missing for those of us who can’t eat that way. That’s the first step.

Vegan diets have shown to leave people weakened and way too thin. Humans have been eating meat since we appeared, we would not be here if we were vegans. Plants are healthy, but meat is essential. You need protein, and your body can make carbs from it. We can safely eat both. We just need to make our meat more healthy to eat.
