The architect of Karag-Unbak’s woes has been revealed, and for the remaining Runesons of the murdered Runefather Aruk-Grimnir, just one task remains – to end the life of their father’s killer. Whoever strikes the killing blow will be named his successor, and lead the Unbaki into the future. Yet it’s not going to be easy, for their quarry is nothing less than a Verminlord, one of the great daemons of the Horned Rat – and he is waiting for them…
