After reading biographies of Roosevelt, I feel this woman was terrible. Celebrated in history, but a terrible wife.
Not only was the President seeing other women (deservedly), but the daughter of Ms. Roosevelt knew it and helped him arrange it.

@AndyBook This feels like a major double standard. F Roosevelt is justified in his affairs, but E Roosevelt is not? They were a political team, but she didn’t sacrifice her needs in the name of his. Why should she be villainized for that and not Roosevelt?
