As much as I don’t like the Frazer Hines 2nd Doctor series, I have decided to return from my retirement and begin sharing again!

The TARDIS takes the Doctor, Ben, Polly and Jamie to a flooded underground town on an alien world. The streets are empty. The houses are bare. Not a trace of life.
The miners working here are vanishing. And it isn’t long before the time-travellers are suspected of being responsible for the disappearances. But even the authorities haven’t fully realised the scale of the problem.
There’s something else on this world. Something dragging people away. And it won’t stop until it’s taken them all.

I’m looking forward to the NEW First Doctor adventures with a proper new actor playing the First Doctor!
I think Frazer Hines isn’t that great as the 2nd Doctor’s voice. They should get another actor, like the 3rd Doctor stories!

Brilliant, thanks so much! One of those series I like to listen to but not wanting to buy. Unlike you I’m very torn on the First Doctor ones, it looks good but I’m not entirely sold yet! I’m sure I’ll buy it closer to the date, I usually cave!

I too am not overly fond of Frazer Hines take on the 2nd Doctor and think Tim Treloar does a much more creditable 3rd Doctor. What disappoints me about the ‘new’ 1st Doctor recasting is that they’ve callously jettisoned the surviving companions (Ford, Russell etc) and recast those parts too.
What happened to your Captain Scarlet upload? I think that would be much appreciated on here.
