he will never become a cultivator, he is a mortal for a reason. It is also his advantage. The right question is when will he become a D rank? The answer seems to be at the end of this book.

In this world I have yet to see the difference between cultivators and noncultivators. Him just being a non cultivator makes him so called a underdog, ya… He has been dominating everything sense the start and absorbing almost everything, life and death. You want him to absorb elements too?
Would that make him a cultivator to you? He has a earth element but his core is life/death.

This series is exhausting. For a defiant non-cultivator, he spends 75% of the book time cultivating. Literally the last two hours of this book is about him cultivating. No exaggeration. No story progression. Just metaphysical filler. And it’s the same thing he’s done 20 times. Finds a pool of poison, or acid, or vomit, or shit, or undeath. Organizes his mountain of supplements while bragging about how much it all costs. Jumps in the pool to cultiva, I mean absorb cause he’s not a cultivator. Acts like he’s in trouble cause he has to rebuild his brain or heart or balls. Pulls through. Gains one in a gabillion skill or class or title or something. But does he level out of E rank. Nope. I hate that I want to see where the story goes.
