To convert all you have to do is change .m4a to .m4b
Also just get a proper audiobook app such as “smart audiobook player” and it will play them all

Audio quality is great.
I’ve become a big fan of LitRPG’s and this is apparently a very worthy entry into the genre.
Currently making my way through “Mayor of Noobtown” by Ryan Rimmel. Pretty good series. Not in the same calibre as “He Who Fights with Monster” or “Dungeon Crawler Carl”, but pretty good.
My guess is “Dissonance” will be in the same ranking as “Mayor of Noobtown”.
