I have been getting an invalid path on numerous uploads now with the latest utorrent, not sure whats going on but thanks for the upload when i can get it :)

Wasn’t working for me in uTorrent either - but it opened and downloaded in Vuze. I confirmed I had the newest version of uTorrent, so if it’s not working for you, try another BitTorrent client.

I got invalid path too.
I’m on stuck on new Win8. That’s what was cheap. I wrote about what I found out about what M$ is trying to do to torrent files on a new chit chat thread. I’m done the registry fix, and I using the latest Utorrent 3.4 alpha with torrent/magnet fix Win 8/8.1.

Just an update, ran the torrent through Tixati and works fine, thanks Trench, Vuze is now a backup ;)

This seems to be a problem with the latest version of utorrent. I used Tixati as a quick solution. I am also going back to utorrent version 3.2.2.

The invalid path is because there appears to be a folder called “_” in the torrent. Snagging it just fine with qBitTorrent on an Arch Linux box, uTorrent won’t have anything to do with it.

Actually it’s not the site that’s having an issue it’s Katesky. I did some testing and I’ve been able to download from others with no issue it’s only her uploads that are having a problem. maybe it’s how she’s encoding the torrents?

Update: I got it to start working on tixati when it let me deselect the .jpg that is the only way so far I have been able to get it to d/l

Invalid Path using Bittorent. version 7.9.2, not sure how to downgrade. Could anyone who was able to download it please seed it to the rest of us?

For android users I found that a torrent app named torrento worked for this. None of the free main stream torrent apps worked…go figure…

Finally got it to download and open but it’s only showing 12 hours and book is 16?

Haven’t been able to get the download to go through. It keeps just hanging up at the gathering information screen.
