If you want to get bigger, leaner, and stronger without steroids, good genetics, extreme dieting, or wasting ridiculous amounts of time in the gym…you want to listen to this book.
Because here’s the deal: Building lean muscle and burning stubborn fat isn’t nearly as complicated you’ve been led to believe.
This book is the shortcut.
And guess what?
You don’t need to: Spend hundreds of dollars per month on the worthless supplements that steroid-fueled bodybuilders “swear by.” Most pills, powders, and potions do absolutely nothing.
You don’t need to: Constantly change up your workout routine to gain lean muscle in all the right places. Muscle building is much simpler than that.
You don’t need to: Waste a couple of hours in the gym every day grinding through grueling workouts you hate. In fact, this is a great way to get nowhere.
You don’t need to: Slog away at boring cardio to shed ugly belly fat and get a six-pack. In fact, you probably don’t have to do any cardio to get the body you really want.
You don’t need to: Obsess over “clean eating” and avoiding “unhealthy” foods to get ripped. Instead, you can get and stay fit eating the foods you love.
Those are just a few of the harmful lies and myths that keep guys from ever achieving the lean, muscular, and strong body they truly desire.
And in this book you’ll learn something most guys will never know:
The exact methods of eating and exercising for gaining 10 to 15 pounds of lean muscle like clockwork…and it only takes a few months.
The bottom line is you can get that “Hollywood hunk” body without following a boring, bland “bodybuilder” diet or living in the gym.
This book shows you how.
So, click the “buy” button now, and begin your journey to a bigger, leaner, and stronger you.

If this was a book by a woman, you pantywaists would scream the place down. LOL. Funny how you respond when you think it’s written by a big, butch dude…

Working now just fine for me. Thank you!

I am highly skeptical of this book. There are two ways to build muscle. One is steroids, which, outside of a few very specific use cases (like low T) have substantial risks, like throwing off body homeostasis, unless used extremely carefully. The other is putting the work in. There is no secret third method.
Most people who spend hours at a gym are just hanging out, unless you need unreasonably long times between sets (due to health problems,) going to muscle failure just doesn’t take that long. The one exception is drop sets, which aren’t necessary but make muscle growth happen faster as a trade off for how long they take.
Ah, read the Amazon reviews. Dude is hyping CICO as if its clever, and not invented in the late 1800s. As a pro-tip, if you’re young and healthy CICO will work, for a while, no matter what you eat. When you’re older, not so much. This is why you don’t see 70 year olds subsisting on an exclusive diet of bear claws and burgers. Cause you can lose weight doing that, but the dudes who made that their diet mostly died off in their 50s, because low fat ratios don’t translate to good overall health.

Ugh! So bigoted and ableist. First of all, there is no “male body” as gender is just a social construct, so you can have a male body with a wiener or with a hoohoo. Second, “ultimate” implies that one body type is better than the other. Great big fat people are brave and healthy and amazing, too!
(See how daft you people sound)?

LOL Rivate - still confused about which bathroom to use? Men who are men (Not counting liberals) can get a real mans body by doing the work. And i am sure they are doing to be with real women (ladies, she, her, females), who I am sure really do appreciate it. Thank you Guest for being a Real Man and showing the soy boys and snowflakes no one cares about their mental gender disorders. Real Men are Biological Men, and Real Women are Biological Women. The rest are just things.

Thanks heaps

@rivatej, LOL sorry, although I can agree about gender being but there are clear preferences for some types of the body, both male and female, whether “constructed” or not. And, incidentaly, in the case of “male” budy, that’s “construced” or “constructor’s”, e.e. BUILT type of the physique. See what I did there? Now, getting and maintaining ripped male physique really is simple, but if this is based on CICO, you guys are probably going to have to look further.

Just got to chapter 39, and there are repeated paragraphs throughout several chapters. At first, I thought I was hitting rewind, but it’s actually in the upload.

@blaqboyfly There are repeated paragraphs because at the end of every chapter key points are repeated. Check the E-book version to see.

“The other is putting the work in. There is no secret third method.”
Yeah, and most people are ignorant as to how to optimally put the work in and also recover properly.
“Most people who spend hours at a gym are just hanging out, unless you need unreasonably long times between sets.”
According to you what is the reasonable amount of rest time between sets? Hint, there is no one right answer, it depends, and most people have no idea and either over or under do it, as what is the right amount of rest time for one exercise, situation, or goal isn’t right for another and it is too much or too little.
“Going to muscle failure just doesn’t take that long.”
It does if you’re doing 30rep sets. The fact that you think you have to go to muscle failure shows you’re not as informed as you think, RIR is a thing.
“The one exception is drop sets, which aren’t necessary but make muscle growth happen faster as a trade off for how long they take.”
How exactly do drop sets make muscle growth happen faster? Don’t skimp on the science in your explanation.
“Ah, read the Amazon reviews. Dude is hyping CICO as if its clever, and not invented in the late 1800s.”
Waiting on your groundbreaking book that will combine proven established methods along with modern scientific information that explains their effectiveness and cuts through all the BS and misinformation.
For now, this book is succinctly telling the average person what they want to know for exactly how to get bigger stronger and leaner.
