I’ve never used (or heard of) the Mobilism site, but it looks like there’s some great uploads!
I downloaded the file (or so it says), but can’t locate it anywhere on my PC. I’ve done a complete search with no results. Can you provide any assistance?

Mobilism is a kind of forum. When you click to download, it will lead you to a third party website, and you download the file from there. (These third party websites are full of pop-up ads, just be careful and have patient.)
The download files should be in the default download folder of your web browser. You can check the download location in Setting or Preference of your wed browser.
