No such thing, will never be such a thing that lasts longer than the first attack. True equality will only ever work on a small scale and will never work in a crisis situation. You can’t hold a vote when they’re killing your people and burning down your city. I don’t ever see a world where someone, somewhere doesn’t want what someone else has.
